Debut of the Z06 GT3.R: Successor to the C8.R

The Z06 GT3.R is Corvette Racing’s latest GM sportscar, making its global competition debut at the Daytona 24 Hours. This new car replaces the C8.R in the World Endurance Championship and IMSA SportsCar Championship. The car is designed to be more user-friendly for both drivers and teams, with focus on serviceability, stability, and worldwide adaptability. The Z06 GT3.R utilizes a largely unchanged chassis, new bodywork for increased downforce, and versatile tires for different series. The engine is based on the road car, featuring more than 70% of its parts. The cockpit has been slightly modified to accommodate a variety of drivers, and the car is ready to race after rigorous testing and refinement.
